I offer professional advice for heritage projects at both the commercial and domestic levels, including but not limited to:

• Condition surveys: Condition surveys will give you an overview of the overall condition and challenges your building is facing in a simple, easy-to-understand manner, utilising 3D models, plans and photographs to demonstrate the details. It will also set out a range of possible heritage-appropriate repair or intervention methods.
• Planning advice and assistance: I offer planning advice wherever required, and aim to ensure that your project aligns with local legislation and best practice.
• Historic building recording: I provide building recording up to and below level 4 as defined by Historic England. Records are often required when altering historic material to ensure that material with heritage value is not lost or forgotten.
• Project management: Heritage projects are often complex and require a comprehensive knowledge of legislation, craft, conservation, and proper practice. I have a unique mix of legislative and craft knowledge, which makes me excellently suited for the management of heritage projects. I will ensure that work is up to standard and that conservation is effectively prioritised.
